We read everything and reply when we can, usually within a few days. Useful things to include:

• For a bug in the maker: your browser and device, and the style, palette and seed shown under the preview.
• For a size or crop correction: what you saw and on which app or browser. A screenshot helps.
• For a new style or category idea: what you'd like it to look like.

We can't help with Facebook account problems, such as a locked account or a removed post. Those go to Facebook's Help Center. We are not affiliated with Meta or Facebook.
