Random Facebook cover generator
The old site had a "random" page that showed a different cover every visit. This one does the same with generated covers. Each press of "Surprise me" picks a style, borrows a palette and shapes from one of the other categories, picks a font and rolls a new seed.
It's a good way to find a combination you wouldn't have picked yourself. When one catches your eye, note the style, palette and seed shown under the preview so you can get back to it.

Tips for random covers
Surprise me vs. Shuffle pattern
"Surprise me" changes everything. "Shuffle pattern" keeps the style and palette and only rolls a new seed. Use the first to explore and the second to fine-tune.
Stop and adjust
Once you land on something you like, switch to the category it borrowed from (the chips at the top) to get more palettes in the same spirit.
Text is optional
Random covers start without text. Add your name or a short line from the Words panel if you want one.
Save the recipe
Covers aren't stored anywhere, so a random one is gone when you close the tab unless you download it. Download first and decide later.
